No, we currently don't ship overseas. Some of our products cannot be shipped to certain countries.
Orders are processed in 1-2 working days and then dispatched via a 2-4 working day service.
Delivery times are an estimate and arent guaranteed. Sometimes it may take a day or two longer for your order to arrive (Peak trading periods, bad weather, industrial action etc).
Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank/Public holidays
We use a drop off/parcel locker service to send your parcels & we considder the order as dispatched once it is dropped off.
Orders are sent by a variety of couriers depending on the size, destinatation and service selected. We use Evri, Royal Mail, DPD and Yodel to send our parcels
Where we are given a tracking number we'll includie this with your dispatch notification, and you can check for it on your order status page.

For small orders (one or two items) there may not be a tracking number
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.
If there is a probelem with your order please let us knwo and we'll do our best to fix it
