Payment & Delivery
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, apple pay, G pay or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer it can take up to 3 days for funds to clear, orders will only be dispatched once we have received cleared payment.
Free Local Delivery
We're now offering free local delivery to any address with a Cambridge (CB) postcode, when you spend at least £10.00 (after any discounts have been applied). If your order qualifies, the option for free local delivery will be available at the checkout.
Once your order has been marked as fulfilled we will let you know the date & time of your delivery via email. Deliveries will be made on a Tuesday, Thursday or a Sunday between 10am and 8pm.
Standard UK delivery is still available for all orders.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
Standard UK mainland delivery is £2.99. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed and will be shipped via 2-3 working day courier. Where a tracking number is supplied by the courier this will be sent to you in your dispatch confirmation. Quicker courier services are available, please contact us for a quote. Where a courier does not offer a service to your address we will use Royal Mail 2nd class post, which may take a few days longer (eg Scottish highlands etc.). Our courier does not currently offer a service to UK non-mainland addresses, where possible we will use Royal Mail however this can be considerably more expensive (anything over 2kg starts at £9.79!)
We use a parcel locker service to send our parcels and we consider your order as dispatched once it is placed in the locker. Where we use the post office it is dispatched once it is scanned in to the post office network.
Please be aware that sometimes services may take longer than advertised, especially during peak periods - as well as at the moment with the current COVID-19 situation. Service times are not guaranteed but are an estimate.
Please note a courier will attempt several times to deliver your package, if they cannot deliver your package they will either leave it with a neighbour or in a "safe place". If they cant, it will be returned to their depot. In any of these cases they should leave a calling card, and attempt to deliver it up to 3 times. If after the 3rd attempt they cannot deliver it they will return it to us. If this happens you will be charged for the original delivery and for re-delivery.
If your order arrives damaged please either reject the delivery as damaged or sign for the package as damaged and then contact us as soon as possible - we are unable to help with damaged deliveries if they are not signed for as damaged or rejected.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
